I had to look at this picture a while to figure out if it was a painting or real. I looked at the bricks to orient myself. Cool shot.

Sinclair, thanks. Honestly, I had never noticed the detail of these wall murals the way I did the day I shot this. I really love them. It was so rainy and gray that day; the murals added so much color.
Charles, thanks so much for taking the time to comment on the tanka. I appreciate it. I’m still writing haiku and tanka with my photos, even though I don’t post them every day. It’s a good addition to that practice.
ybonesy, I haven’t gone back and researched who painted these murals. But I will try to make it a point to do that. It might be on the Internet or on their webpage if they have one. I’ll have to check it out. Otherwise, I just might have to stop by and bowl a few frames while I chat up whoever’s giving out shoes at the desk.
